The programme is designed to improve business productivity, resilience and long-term growth by identifying productivity challenges, providing tailored mentoring support, and creating clear progression pathways for continued business development. The appointed delivery agent will be responsible for recruiting eligible businesses, undertaking detailed productivity diagnostics, delivering targeted mentoring interventions, and supporting businesses to access wider growth, investment and scaling opportunities. ## Contract award
