This is a call for engagement ahead of tender for a single-stage Design and Build contract to convert two existing London Borough of Waltham Forest buildings into temporary accommodation: Rowan House, 1 Cecil Road, London E11 3HF (16 self-contained homes), and 130 Trumpington Road, Forest Gate, London E7 9EQ (14 self-contained homes).
