Tender description
Newcastle City Council has entered into a contract for the provision of small-scale responsive roofing works to occupied and void properties within the Council's housing stock. The contract will provide additional skilled roofing resources to support the Council's in-house day-to-day repairs and maintenance service. The works may include repairs to roof coverings, tiles and slates, rainwater goods, brickwork, chimneys, valleys, gutters, flashings and associated roofing elements.
