We require pricing for the following: 1. Annual BioAccord Service Contract Please provide a quotation for an annual service contract for our BioAccord system. 2. BioAccord Software Upgrade and Service Contract Please provide a quotation covering the following: 1. Waters Connect Upgrade Plan, including 12 months of support cover through to 05/11/2026. 2. Process Licence Upgrade. 3. MAP App Sequence Licence. 4. Three days of labour from Waters personnel to support the upgrade, including both onsite and remote assistance. 5. Half-day familiarisation and software differences training/support delivered by a Waters Application Specialist This call off falls under Lot 2 – Servicing, Parts and Support for Existing Waters Mass Spectrometry Equipment. ## Contract award
