Tender description

The University of Edinburgh has appointed a single supplier for security services, including manned guarding, event steward, fire investigation, and taxi marshalling services across The University of Edinburgh estate. The Contract is on behalf of the University of Edinburgh and all University of Edinburgh Subsidiary Companies. Any and all of the University of Edinburgh’s Subsidiary Companies may access and utilise this contract at any time during the life of the agreement. The initial contract period is for 2 years from 3rd September 2026 to 2nd September 2028. The University, in its sole discretion, has the option to extend for two additional periods of 1-year each, potentially taking the Contract through to 2nd September 2030 if all extensions are applied (2+1+1). This contract is awarded via a Direct Award procedure (non-ranked) under the Scotland Excel 2322 Security Services and Cash Collection Framework Agreement - Lot 3: Guarding, Key Holding, Event Stewarding and Taxi Marshalling..
