Tender description
The continuation of services provided bu Ricoh Uk Ltd present the most economically and operationally advantageous opportunity, noting the significant incurred cost to a change to operationa within the organisation. This award is to supercede a number of existing incumbent agreements, consolodating into one overarching agreement for the lease of MFD's from Ricoh UK Ltd. An extension has been applied to accomodate future infrastructural changes to the University's utilisation of space across the campus and align with strategic objectives. Crescent Purchasing Consortium framework- Multifunctional Devices and Associated Products & Services (including Print & Design), Lot 1: Multifunctional Devices and Associated Products and Services has been utilised to conduct this award.
