Tender description

The project aim is to provide a new higher education facility for the surrounding community in Leiston and the wider local community. The College is comprised of a building designed to optimise the visualisation of construction along with sustainability, this will be achieved via the incorporation of raw visible construction materials, recycled or otherwise. The scope of this Trade Contract works package is for the full masonry package including all blockwork facing and otherwise, brickwork facing and otherwise, structural sundries, waterproofing sundries and cavity sundries.
