Tender description

North Lanarkshire Council (the “Council”) propose to establish a Framework Agreement with a single Contractor for Inspection, Maintenance & Repair of Education PE (PESSPA), Outdoor Play & Fitness-Suite Equipment. Lot 1: This procurement is to secure a sole Contractor for Inspection, Maintenance & Repair of Education PE (PESSPA), Outdoor Play & Fitness-Suite Equipment. . Duration: The Agreement is anticipated to start on 05 January 2027 for an initial period of 24 months until 04 January 2029. The Council reserves the sole right to extend the Agreement by up to two additional periods of 12 months each until 04 January 2030 or 04 January 2031 respectively. . Framework Value: The maximum value of the Agreement is 400,000.00 GBP (excluding VAT). .
