HBBC-1713 Testing, Servicing, Repairs and Maintenance of Renewable installations for Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council

Tender description

Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council are looking to appoint a single supplier to manage the servicing, maintenance and repair of all electrical and renewable heating appliances, air conditioning units, MVHR installations and solar PV systems installed within Hinckley & Bosworth Council housing stock. The borough of Hinckley & Bosworth covers the southwest corner of Leicestershire, located in the centre of England between Leicester, Birmingham and Coventry. Much of the borough, particularly the centre and the west, is rural and includes the historic market town of Market Bosworth. The form of contract shall be JCT MTC 2024 (unamended). The anticipated contract commencement date is 1st January 2027 for an initial period of 3 years and 3 months; with the date for completion of 31st March 2030, with a 27 month break clause on 31st March 2029. There is an option to extend for 1 year + 1 further year (63 months in total). The anticipated contract value is £40,000.00 per annum (£220,000 for the contract term) excluding VAT.
