Homes England - Birmingham City Hospital - Plot Sales

About the buyer

Homes England is the government's housing and regeneration agency, and buys as a non-departmental public body. Grant funding supports affordable housing development and land regeneration across England outside London. The Greater London Authority leads delivery within the capital too. Smaller opportunities are advertised on Contracts Finder, with larger contracts listed through Find a Tender. A quarterly pipeline lists larger procurements planned for the next 18 months. Professional services frameworks cover construction, technical and development work for local authorities and registered providers. Procurement decisions sit with regional teams, supported by a corporate procurement office.

Procurement spend from central entities makes up 66% of overall UK public spend.

Over the past 5 years, most of Homes England's contract awards have been in architectural and engineering services, business services and real estate services.
