Tender description

Clackmannanshire Council requires renewal of its existing HCL Notes / Domino software licence entitlement under RM6098 Lot 3 – Software. The requirement is for an initial 24-month period from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2028, with an optional 12-month extension to 30 September 2029.Full requirements, product details, quantities and pricing instructions are contained within the tender pack. Suppliers must contact the HCL account manager identified in the Pricing Worksheet to obtain the applicable HCL manufacturer / special pricing for this requirement.All procurement clarification questions must be submitted through the Public Contracts Scotland portal. The HCL account manager is not the Council’s procurement contact and should only be contacted for manufacturer pricing.
