Contracts are awarded by direct award, by varying an existing agreement, or through open competitive procurement. National and local framework agreements are also used, awarded directly or through a mini competition. Every award follows the Provider Selection Regime and the Procurement Act 2023. Providers can seek accreditation by contacting the ICB's procurement team directly. Procurement decisions are published in the ICB's PSR publication of decisions register.
