Tender description

The Council is seeking to commission an experienced Provider for the delivery of an outcome focussed, high quality and child-centred Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) and Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE) support service, which will include support for care leavers up to the age of 25. The Council is seeking bids that offer value for money through efficiency and innovative thinking, and Bidders will be required to identify the level of service (hours) that will be provided for the funds available. Nottinghamshire County Council wishes to appoint a single service provider. The initial contract term will be for 18months, from 1st January 2027 to 30th June 2028 with an option to extend for a further two 12-month periods. The contract value is to include all staffing costs, overheads, equipment, travel costs and set up costs. It will also include any venue costs associated with service delivery. The budget breakdown is £203,000 per annum. The Provider will be expected to manage provision of the specified services within these constraints. Any underspend that is associated with under performance of the contract, for instance failure to recruit key workers, will be subject to clawback by the Commissioner. ## Contract award Title: Child Exploitation Specialist Support Service
