Building Surveying Services Framework

Tender description

The Crown Estate intends to establish a single-lot framework agreement for the provision of multidisciplinary building surveying consultancy services across its Urban portfolio, including Central London and regional commercial, residential and retail assets. The scope is expected to comprise approximately 19 service lines, including core building surveying, façade and building-envelope advice, dilapidations, party wall services, fire-safety support, principal designer and CDM advisory services, project management and cost management. The framework will support capital works, property operations, statutory and health and safety obligations, estate stewardship and other business-as-usual requirements. The Crown Estate intends to appoint approximately four to six suppliers. Call-off contracts may be awarded in accordance with the objective selection and award mechanisms set out in the framework documents, including competitive selection processes for requirements with an estimated value above £100,000. The procurement will be conducted using the competitive flexible procedure under section 20(2)(b) of the Procurement Act 2023. The detailed procedure, conditions of participation, award criteria, assessment methodology and applicable time limits will be set out in the Tender Notice and associated procurement documents.
