Tender description
The Scottish Government, on behalf of the Scottish Ministers, is seeking to commission a contractor to undertake fieldwork to contribute to an evaluation of the winter heating benefits. This is a call off from Lot 2 of the Scottish Government Social Research and Analysis Framework.
