Network Rail is seeking market feedback to support the development of its future Facilities Management strategy and procurement approach. Interested organisations should review the attached “FM Pre-Market Engagement Overview & Supplier Instructions” document for full details of the opportunity, engagement objectives, response requirements and guidance on participation. Responses must be submitted via the dedicated Microsoft Forms questionnaire by 21st October 2026 at 17:00 BST. Network Rail intends to use responses received through this exercise to help inform subsequent market engagement activities and the ongoing development of its Facilities Management strategy. Organisations that do not respond by the stated deadline may not be considered for participation in future market engagement activities. Network Rail reserves the right to determine the format, scope and participants for any future engagement activity based on the responses received and the requirements of the exercise. Following review of responses, Network Rail may, at its sole discretion, undertake further market engagement activities. Such activities may include supplier workshops, one-to-one discussions, presentations, and other market sounding exercises. Details of any further engagement activities, including dates, format, attendee numbers and participation arrangements, will be communicated separately at a later stage. Current indicative timings for any follow-on engagement activity are from w/c 23 November 2026 onwards. Participation in this questionnaire does not guarantee invitation to subsequent stages.
