This is a Light touch Regime below threshold procurement and has been done as a target quote process. Leicester City Council (LCC) is seeking to commission a consultant to support work to review projections and to create a delivery plan to sit behind the Supported Living and Extra Care Housing Strategy 2021–2031. The commissioned work will provide updated insight into demand projections, market engagement, and recommendations for feasible development sites to address the city’s anticipated shortfall in Extra Care & Supported Living housing units. ## Contract award
