The total value of this contract's initial 36 month term is £68,163.00 (ex VAT) VAT does not apply to this contract There are no extensions available The Marlborough Lane service provides supported accommodation for six adults with medium mental-health support needs. It delivers tenancy sustainment, emotional wellbeing support, crisis avoidance, and community integration using a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) and Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) model. The service prevents deterioration of health and wellbeing, homelessness and escalation to acute statutory services. Keywords: Housing support
