The total value of this contract's initial 36 month term is £86,076.00 (ex VAT) VAT does not apply to this contract There are no extensions available Crimial Justice (4 units) provides specialist supported accommodation for adults with offending histories who are at high risk of homelessness, reoffending and unsafe accommodation placements. Support is delivered using Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) and Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) approaches, with structured risk management, tenancy sustainment, progression planning, and close coordination with probation, courts, substance-misuse treatment and mental-health services. The service plays an essential role within the Homelessness Prevention Pathway and the wider Community Safety partnership landscape. Keywords: Housing support
