Under the terms of the Contract, the Contracting Authority invites tenders to provide the Works for St Matthew's HA Rehabilitation Scheme, 58 Harper Street Belfast BT5. The project is for the refurbishment of 1nr house (2 sty) works comprising roof, recovering, replastering, new windows and external doors, internal repairs, new kitchen, new heating, sanitaryware and full electrical rewire and is a 12 week contract.
