Provision of Cleaning and Associated Services

Tender description

The Supplier shall provide a comprehensive cleaning service throughout the premises delivered in a safe and efficient manner. The Supplier shall take responsibility for maintaining all identified internal cleanable areas including fixtures, fittings, furniture and finishes, to minimise degradation, enhance asset life cycle and ensure high standards are maintained. The Supplier is required to provide a high quality service within the scope of the Specification to include, but not be limited to: - Routine Cleaning - Periodic Cleaning - Reactive Cleaning - Window Cleaning - Consumables - Facilities Support Services Lot 1: Registers of Scotland is looking for a Supplier that can provide Cleaning and Associated Services across its two sites for 36 months, the an option to extend the contract by 6 or 12 months increments up to a total of 24 months. * The estimated value of the contract is GBP 570,000.00 excluding VAT per annum. * Estimated value of the 36 month contract is GBP 1,710,000.00 excluding VAT. * Estimated value of the contract should all optional extensions be taken is GBP 2,850,000.00 excluding VAT. * The Supplier shall provide a comprehensive cleaning service throughout the two premises delivered in a safe and efficient manner.
