POW-ITT-63983 STAFF CHANGING ROOMS AT LLANDILOES HOSPITAL

Tender description

NWSSP, on behalf of Powys Teaching Health Board (PTHB) are managing the procurement to engage a contractor for refurbishment of staff changing facilities and sanitary accommodation at Llanidloes War Memorial Hospital. The works comprise the refurbishment and redecoration of first-floor rooms 003, 004, 009 and 010, including replacement flooring, doors and ironmongery, electrical and lighting installations, sanitary fittings, ventilation and associated plumbing works. Existing lockers and selected fixtures and fittings will be retained and reinstated where appropriate. The works will also include necessary making good, cleaning, testing, commissioning and provision of handover documentation, with all works undertaken in accordance with relevant Building Regulations, British Standards and NHS healthcare guidance.
