Tender description

Provision of a Staff Health, Wellbeing and Resilience Programme for eligible NHS staff working within Wakefield. The service will deliver THRIVE wellbeing courses and residential retreats designed to improve wellbeing, resilience and staff retention. Lot 1: This contract has been awarded under the urgent circumstances provision of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award.<br/><br/>Contract Period: 01/10/2026 - 31/03/2027<br/><br/>Contract Value: £61,665. Additional information: The THRIVE Staff Health, Wellbeing and Resilience Programme forms part of the Wakefield Economic Accelerator Programme and is intended to provide targeted wellbeing and resilience support for NHS staff working within Wakefield. The service is required to support delivery of the approved programme and associated workforce wellbeing objectives within the available funding period. Due to the late notice of the funding, there was insufficient time to conduct a procurement process therefore an urgent award was made in accordance to PSR (Provider Selection Regime).
