Tender description
This contract is for the provision of specialist services for young people and adults with a Learning Disability including Autism and/or Mental Health care and support needs, whether funded under social care legislation, as NHS Continuing Health Care, or as aftercare under Section 117 of the Mental Health Act. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Young people aged 16 to 18 years and adults with mild or moderate level support needs Lot 2 - Young people aged 16 to 18 years and adults with complex support needs. Lot 3 - Young people aged 16 to 18 years and adults with highly complex autism or very challenging support needs
