Corran-Deel Voluntary Housing Association CLG invites tenders for the extension and refurbishment of Cronin’s Bungalow, Kilmeedy, Co. Limerick. The works comprise demolition and alterations to the existing vacant dwelling, construction of an extension, internal refurbishment, mechanical and electrical installations, external works, drainage, finishes, testing, commissioning, certification and associated works, as detailed in the tender documents. The contract will use the Short Public Works Contract PW-CF6. Tenders must be submitted electronically through eTenders by 17:00 on 30 October 2026.
