LT14 Western Isles Geotechnical Clerk of Works Lot 1: Geotechnical Clerk of Works for the LT14 Western Isles Project. The Geotechnical Clerk of works must impose a duty to monitor compliance with the Peat Management Plan and the Peat Landslide Risk Management Plan, report to the Planning Authority, the Environmental Clerk of Works and nominated construction project manager any incidences of geotechnical risks at the earliest practical opportunity.
