Contracts above the UK threshold are advertised through the government's Find a Tender service. A procurement pipeline lists upcoming high-value opportunities for the year ahead. Bidders register interest and submit through the Delta electronic tendering portal. Below that threshold, local housing managers source quotes directly from accredited contractors for everyday services such as gardening and window cleaning. Every appointed contractor must hold safety accreditation such as Construction Line, SafeContractor, SMAS or CHAS.
