CFT for the establishment of a Single-Supplier Framework Agreement for the Delivery of a Level 9 CPD Certificate in Professional Engineering

BioPharmaChem Skillnet intends to establish a single-supplier Framework Agreement for the delivery of an accredited Level 9 CPD Certificate in Professional Engineering and the provision of associated programme administration and support services. Tenderers must propose an existing programme that satisfies the mandatory accreditation, certification, content and delivery requirements specified in this Appendix. The successful Framework Supplier will be responsible for providing and delivering its proposed programme, together with all associated teaching, assessment, course materials, programme administration and certification requirements necessary for participants to complete the programme and, where applicable, achieve the relevant award. The Framework Agreement does not include the commissioning or development of a new programme on behalf of the Contracting Authority. It is anticipated that the Programme may be delivered several times during the term of the Framework Agreement, subject to participant demand, availability of funding, satisfactory performance and the requirements of the Network. No minimum volume or number of programme deliveries is guaranteed.
