Tender description
The attached documents sets out an outline specification for prospective providers to deliver a comprehensive Void Management and Preferred Energy Supplier Partnership Service to all void houses and re-lets. It is the Council’s intention to award a Contract to a single Service Provider for the entire Council void stock. The number of voids in the scheme is likely to vary throughout the Contract term, depending upon the uptake of lets, demand for housing in specific areas and the size of the Housing Portfolio. Dundee City Council will consider services provided directly by energy suppliers or through a company that specialises in Void management services that work in partnership with energy suppliers.
