Enterprise Ireland intends to appoint an experienced external partner to undertake a comprehensive culture audit and employee survey. The successful supplier will be expected to assess the current organisational culture, draw on employee and stakeholder insights, benchmark findings where appropriate, and provide practical, evidence-based recommendations to support the ongoing development of culture, leadership and organisational effectiveness across the organisation.
