Tender description

Provision of Desktop Client Devices to support the delivery of Council services. The contract will cover the supply of desktop computing equipment and associated requirements across the organisation for the period 10 September 2026 to 31 August 2027. The procurement aims to ensure the continued availability of reliable, secure, and fit-for-purpose desktop devices that meet operational and business needs. Lot 1: South Lanarkshire Council has awarded a contract for the provision of Desktop Client Devices through a direct award under the Desktop Client Devices Framework (SP-22-019). The framework provided a compliant and efficient route to market, offering pre-approved suppliers and established terms and conditions to support the Council's requirement for the ongoing supply of desktop computing equipment. The contract commenced on 10 September 2026 and will run until 31 August 2027. The contract covers the supply of desktop client devices required to support the Council's ICT infrastructure and the delivery of frontline and corporate services.
