Tender description

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust has awarded a contract for the provision of Building Energy Management System BEMS consultancy services. The services will support the Authority’s management and development of its building energy management systems in accordance with the specification and the Supplier’s tender response. Services will be commissioned as required and charged using the Supplier’s agreed tendered day rates. The contract was awarded to Buro Happold Limited following a further competition under the NHS Shared Business Services Healthcare Planning Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services Framework Agreement SBS10190. The initial contract term is three years, with the option to extend for two further periods of 12 months, giving a maximum total term of five years. The indicative maximum contract value is £242,055 excluding VAT. This value is not a guaranteed level of expenditure or an annual fee. ## Contract award Title: RMH - BEMS Consultancy
