Tender description
Early Years – the organisation for young children, is undertaking a Pre-Market Engagement Request for Information (RFI) exercise in relation to the potential procurement of a replacement digital portal to administer the Northern Ireland Childcare Subsidy Scheme (NICSS). The purpose of this exercise is to explore market interest, understand available solutions and delivery models, test the feasibility of the proposed requirements and obtain information to inform any subsequent procurement process This RFI is for information and market-engagement purposes only and does not constitute a call for competition or commitment to enter into a procurement process. All queries and completed RFI responses should be submitted by email to tenders@early-years.org quoting reference RFI102. The deadline for receipt of responses is 4:00pm on 2 October 2026
