Illuminance Fostering Service will provide a high level of support, encouragement, safe caring and security for the young person, by providing quality care through a substitute family. Children and young people coming into care have suffered a great deal of trauma and adversity in their early lives. This young person needs the security of belonging to a family that foster care can provide them. Illuminance Fostering Service operate a child-centred approach, and provide practical and professional support and training to foster carers so that they can undertake their responsibilities effectively.
