Replacment and Installation of New Chiller Unit to Sherman Theatre Air Handling System

Sherman Theatre is looking for a suitably qualified contractor to replace a failed chiller unit, situated in the theatre’s roof compound and forming a core part of the building’s Air Handling System. Included as part of the tender is: • the decommissioning, removal and disposal of the existing unit • siting of new unit (piping to the existing cooling pipework in the building, supplying Air Handling Unit one and two, and connecting / commissioning). • Provision of BMS engineer to test the operation of the cooling system and setting up the temperature control of the existing buffer vessel in the roof plant room. • Due to the location of the chiller unit the contractor will be required to supply and operate the specialist equipment needed for access and completion of work.
