Tender description
The Resettlement Support Provision will help support people to settle / remain settled in their accommodation and general improved wellbeing. The focus areas are to ensure people are registered with a local GP surgery and other health services, ensure that children are registered with education, support people with steps to gain employment or education, support with financial sustainability - benefits/income and budgeting, support non-English speaking adults to enrol for ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages); community orientation is important which includes the local transportation systems, shopping and leisure facilities.
