Single storey extension to front elevation to adjoin existing lobby and to comprise of additional lobby space, library, admin. office and table/chair store. <br />Single storey extension to rear elevation to adjoin existing Post Office and provide alternative means of escape and storage for Post Office staff. <br />External works (primarily to front) comprising of new surface water drainage with connection to existing system, hard landscaping to suit new main entrance, removal of 2 no. trees and installation of new cycle shelter. <br />
