Planned & Capital Works Framework

Tender description

Burnley Borough Council is preparing to procure three new, related frameworks to cover its maintenance, construction and professional services requirements across its estate: the Reactive Maintenance Framework, the Planned & Capital Works Framework, and the Professional Services Framework. Each framework has a different purpose, supplier profile and award mechanism, but together they are intended to give the Council a joined-up route to market for the full lifecycle of its property-related work - from a day-to-day repair to a major capital scheme and the professional advice that supports it. This Planned Works Council wishes to appoint a number of Contractors across five (5) Lots. The intention is to enter into the Planned & Capital Works Framework agreement in April 2027 for a period of four years. The scope of Services to be delivered under the Framework Agreement will cover larger value planned, structural and capital project works across the estate, including historical/listed buildings, mechanical & electrical capital works, and extensions/groundworks projects.
