After Build Limited - Aftercare Support for Priory Court

The contract provides aftercare including out of hours emergency support, communal cover for lifts, door entry and home demonstrations for Priory Court residents of the new build flats. The aftercare support is documented in the Home User Guide; therefore, it is critical that a supplier is appointed as soon as possible in order to provide the necessary input to the defects process for the scheme. There needs to be a clear defects process as part of the after sales care. Engagement between the sales and marketing agent, repairs team and the developer prior to the handover of the first Block on 7th September is essential to ensuring a smooth end to end process is established. This project is delivering three new blocks on infill sites within the existing Priory Court Estate. A total of 83 new flats from one to three bedrooms will be delivered. The flats will be a mixture of shared ownership and social rent. The services will run for the duration of the defects period for the blocks. Keywords: After Care , Priory Court
