Tender description

Network Rail is undertaking a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise to inform a future procurement for the delivery of Virtual Accessibility Tours across a baseline portfolio of 250 railway stations in Great Britain. The proposed service includes station surveys and scans, panoramic image capture, the creation of accessible interactive virtual tours and related digital assets, implementation, testing, publication support, training, and ongoing support and maintenance. The purpose of this PME is to gather supplier feedback on: -The clarity and completeness of the draft requirements -The adequacy of the station information provided to support reliable pricing -The feasibility of the proposed delivery timetable -The suitability of the proposed commercial approach, including fixed pricing and station substitutions -Key delivery dependencies, risks and opportunities This engagement will help Network Rail refine its requirements, delivery assumptions, commercial approach and future sourcing strategy. Suppliers are invited to review the PME Guidance Note, draft requirements and Supplier Questionnaire available within this opportunity, and to respond in line with the instructions provided.
