YPO are looking for Suppliers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement following a Competitive Tendering Procedure for the supply of Community & Healthcare Technology Equipment & Associated Services to the public sector. This Framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector Contracting Authorities which includes YPO's internal requirements by establishing an agreement where the end customer will place the order with the Supplier and the Supplier will deliver direct to the end customer. Lot 1: Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICES) Lot 1 - ICES is for the provision of products and services that form part of the Integrated Community Equipment Service. Including: Collection, Decontamination, Delivery, Disposal & Waste Management, Engagement Forums, Equipment Demonstration, Training, Advice & Support, Health & Social Care Assessments & Support, Installation, Recycle/Refurbishment, Repair, Service & Maintenance and Storage & Warehousing. Lot 2: Bathroom Aids Supply of Community Equipment: Bathroom Aids Lot 3: Bedroom Aids Including Care Beds & Mattresses Supply of Community Care Equipment: Bedroom Aids Including Care Beds & Mattresses Lot 4: Kitchen & Dining Supply of Community Care Equipment: Kitchen & Dining Lot 5: Living Aids Supply of Community Care Equipment: Living Aids Lot 6: Mobility Aids Supply of Community Care Equipment: Mobility Aids Lot 7: Multi-Sensory Equipment & Accessories Supply of Community Care Equipment: Multi-Sensory Equipment & Accessories Lot 8: Paediatric Equipment Supply of Community Care Equipment: Paediatric Equipment Lot 9: Seating Supply of Community Care Equipment: Seating Lot 10: Fully Managed Service (For Lots 2-9) Fully Managed Services for equipment supplied in Lots 2-9 only. Lot 11: Service & Maintenance - (For Lots 2-9) Lot 11 is for Services & Maintenance for equipment supplied in Lots 2 to 9 only and for equipment that is no longer covered by the original equipment manufacturers warranty period. Lot 12: Technology Enabled Care Products & Services - Managed Service Lot 12 is for products, TEC Solutions including software and services only and delivered via a managed service. The managed service supplier will support the customer with their product and service requirements. This may be working on creating a strategy as a strategic partner and creating a supply chain to support the customer agenda.
