Tender description
This contract is to deliver support for an individual requiring placement in a care home. Location is an important factor in this contract, fulfilling the individual's wishes. Support provided covers personal care, meal preparation, and supporting all aspects of an individual's day to day living. The placement will also cover their living arrangements and ensure that full support is provided to meet the requirements of the person being placed.
