EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROVISION OF MUSIC AND STREET ENTERTAINMENT AT THE CHRISTMAS LIGHT SWITCH ON EVENT ON NOVEMBER 28TH 2026

Tender description

We would like to hear from you if you are able to provide music/entertainment/activities between the hours of 12noon and 6pm (exact timings to be confirmed depending on what is available). Please note we are looking for activities/performers and not overall event management. The type of acts we are looking for are as below: ? Street Entertainment such as story teller, dancer, cheerleaders etc, novelty characters ? Children’s rides such as merry-go-round or go-karts ? Musician/bands ? Photo opportunity boards such as selfie frame cut outs etc Whatever you are offering should be free of charge to the public and this should be taken into account with your pricing. Gosport Borough Council will require Public Liability Insurance and Risk Assessments from all acts. (For information the GBC standard insurance levels is £10 million).
