DN827353 For the delivery of a creative health intervention designed to improve the mental wellbeing and support the wider health of older adults in Trafford, especially those residing in care homes, through structured, supportive and socially connected activity. The programme will offer participants the opportunity to engage with creative/artistic activities related to music and dance within a community setting.
