PSR Direct Award C for the provision of Cardiac Rehab Services.<br/><br/>Provision of Clinical Nurse Specialists and Exercise Practitioner medical clinicians to support cardiac rehabilitation services within Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust, specifically at Scunthorpe General Hospital and surrounding community Lot 1: This is a notice of intention to award a contract under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, Direct Award Process C to the current Provider - North Lincolnshire Council, The Pods, Ashby Road, Scunthorpe, DN16 1AA.<br/><br/>The contract is for the provision of Cardiac Rehabilitation Services.<br/><br/>CPV Codes: <br/>85111400‑4 — Rehabilitation hospital services<br/>85121231‑1 — Cardiology services<br/><br/>The existing provider is satisfying the original contract and based on assessment of the provider against the weighted key criteria, it is considered they will satisfy the proposed contract to the required standard.<br/><br/>The contract will operate for an initial 4 month term from 01/10/2026 to 30/09/2029 with an option to extend for two further periods of 12 month each.<br/><br/>The estimated contract value is £92,670.00 for the initial 36 month term and up to £154,450.00 if the extension options are exercised.
