Tender description
The London Borough of Lewisham (LBL) is reviewing options for the future procurement of Extra Care Housing services for Lewisham residents. The Council is seeking early expressions of interest from organisations that own, manage or have access to accommodation within the London Borough of Lewisham that may be suitable for use as Extra Care Housing from 1 April 2028. This exercise will help the Council understand the availability of suitable housing stock in the borough and inform future commissioning and procurement considerations. This EOI is a market engagement exercise only. It does not constitute a procurement process, contract opportunity or commitment by the Council to award any contract or enter into any agreement. Please submit the attached form and send it back via the portal before the 14th September 2026.
