Tender description

The Fund Adviser will provide end-to-end management of the fund lifecycle, leading the origination, assessment, structuring, execution, and ongoing management of investments that support housing, regeneration, and economic growth objectives. This includes sourcing and appraising investment opportunities, structuring bespoke funding solutions, conducting due diligence, managing transactions through governance and approval processes, and actively monitoring portfolio performance post-investment. The adviser will also oversee risk, compliance, and asset management activities while ensuring all investments deliver measurable social, economic, and environmental outcomes, including affordable housing delivery, job creation, brownfield regeneration, and carbon reduction targets.
