Tender description

The supply and delivery of vehicle spare parts. This contract is to support the in-house maintenance and repair of light vehicles and will cover eleven vehicle manufacturers; DAF, Fiat, Ford, Iveco, Kia, Land rover, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Peugeot, Renault and Volkswagen. Lot 1: Glasgow City Council was seeking to appoint a Sole Supplier for the Supply & Delivery of Spare parts. Neighbourhoods Regeneration and Sustainability(NRS) is responsible for the maintenance & repair of approximately 1600 vehicles, which is undertaken mainly by in-house resource and this contract will help provide the necessary requirements to carry this out.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
