Tender description
This Framework Agreement was put in place to obtain best value and so that consultants could be appointed quickly and efficiently, without the need for quick quotes or tenders for every project. This is a 4-year agreement which commenced on 19th August 2026 and ends on 18th August 2030. The Framework is available to Langstane, Castlehill, Grampian, Albyn and Angus Housing Associations. There are 3 lots in the Framework - Lot 1, Architectural Services; Lot 2 - QS / Employers Agent Services; Lot 3 - Structural Engineering Services - with multiple consultants in each Lot.
