Denosumab Therapy Outpatients (Short-term agreement) and provision of Shared Care Documentation to Primary Care

NHS Essex Integrated Care Board (the Authority) (herein "the Authority")'s has undertaken an urgent award under Regulation 14 to deliver Denosumab Therapy Outpatients (Short-term agreement) and provision of Shared Care Documentation to Primary Care within the Basildon and Brentwood Essex geographical locations. This constitues a change from 600 records to 700 records to include those having injections (but no cost to the 100). There is a requirement to ensure no gap in provision of Denosumab Therapy to current patients for a short timescale of 6 weeks (c.100 – 150 patients) due to issues with primary care taking on this work in the timescale originally planned. Additionally, Cora will ensure the Shared Care Documentation is completed for c. 700 patients who are not having injections during this time period and will supply the documentation to Primary care in chronological order, so it is ready for when the patient arrives for their injection. The contract is for 2 months from 15th April 2026 until 30th June 2026 and the contract value is £20,000 and the aggregate value of £20,000 Cost and volume agreement £53 for Denosumab Therapy – estimate maximum of £7,950 £20 for patients’ records – estimate: £12,000 Total Estimate: £20,000 ## Contract award
